BHC Takes Notice Of Shifting Posts Of Balochistan To Punjab

Quetta – Balochistan High Court (BHC) has taken notice of shifting posts of Additional Attorney General (AAG) from Balochistan to Punjab, on Wednesday.

BHC has sent notice to federal secretary for Law and Justice for violating the recruitment laws.

A post of AAG and secretary were approved for Balochistan but transferred to Punjab where recruitment has also taken place.

BHC judges have expressed their displeasure on violating the rules to keep Balochistan deprived of its share in legal posts.
