QUETTA: A man was shot dead while another sustained bullet injuries in labor colony area of eastern by-pass satellite town on Tuesday.
According to satellite town police, unknown armed men, riding a motorbike, sprayed bullets on a vehicle and fled from the crime scene.
As result of firing, a person namely Khadim Hussain and his son Zafar Hussain sustained injuries and shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta.
“Khadim Hussain succumbed to his wounds and breathed his last on way to Hospital,” doctors said and added his son Zafar is in stable condition and under treatment.
Police said it is a case of car snatching and on resistance they opened firing on the victim.
Police have lodged the case against unknown persons and hunt for the killers are underway.
