Quetta: Government is purchasing a land in Gwadar at a price which is four times greater than market value, said Karim Nosherwani.
Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) from Kharan district, Abdul Karim Nosherwani, has hinted towards a massive scam that’s taking place in procurement of land in Gwadar.
Talking to media persons in Kharan, the MPA said, “the land being procured for Rs. 6 Billion by government of Balochistan is actually valued not more than Rs. 1.5 Billion.”
He alleged that certain people from Federal and Balochistan government are involved in this mega scandal. The indifference of government of Balochistan towards this massive corruption proves that they are involved in it as well, said Karim Nosherwani.
The land has been over-priced by Deputy Commissioner cum Land Collector of Gwadar and this procurement deal is being carried out to make billions of rupees in corruption, lamented Mr. Nosherwani.
