Turbat – Buleda Tehsil of district Kech has abysmal health care facilities, learnt The Balochistan Point.
Last month a pregnant woman died when she could not get medical care on time. According to residents of Buleda, a pregnant women was being transported to Turbat city for medical care but the road was closed due to flow of mid way river.
Located 75 KM away from Turbat city, Buleda has an approximate population of 80,000 people but patients are still needed to be carried to Turbat due to lack of health care infrastructure in Buleda Tehsil, Asadullah Baloch, a resident of Buleda told The Balochistan Point.
Residents of Buleda have urged Government to build hospitals and roads facility so that the patients of Buleda don’t continue to die while on their way to Turbat for treatment.
