CM says, Balochistan is set to play its dynamic role in economic development of the country

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri has said that Balochistan which is half of the entire country is all set to play its dynamic role in economic development of the country.

“The new generation of Balochistan is at forefront for the establishment of peace and promotion of healthy activities. Owing to cooperation of masses, sacrifices of security forces peace has been established throughout the province including that of Makran, Awaran and Khuzdar,” he added.

Chief Minister Balochistan expressed these views during a meeting with IGFC Major General Nadeem Anjum who called on him here on Wednesday. IGFC expressed his grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Senator Agha Shahbaz Durrani, the brother-in-Law of Chief Minister Balochistan and offered Fateha.

Provincial Ministers Nawab Muhammad Khan shahwani, Sardar Muhammad Aslam Bezinjo, Chief Secretary Balochistan Aurangzaib Haq, IG Police Ahsan Mehboub, Chief Minister Coordinator Jamal Shah Kakar, Ejaz Sanjarani and Ghazi Khan Pindarni were also present on the occasion.

During the meeting, affairs related to law and order situation in the province were discussed and it was agreed upon that due to effective security measures by Police, FC, Levies and administration extraordinary improvement had come in law and order situation.

The meeting expressed the resolve that the peace established after huge sacrifices of masses and security forces would be maintained at any cost. The meeting expressed its satisfaction and happiness that the trust and respect of masses upon security forces had been increased which was a healthy progress. Masses extended complete cooperation and support towards security forces and census staff during the process of census while no unpleasant incident was reported during that process.

The meeting also expressed its satisfaction that the youth of Balochistan was paying its all attention towards getting education besides playing its role for peace, stability and development in the province.

IGFC on the occasion lauded the vision of Chief Minister that making province peaceful, educated and measures for provision of opportunities to the youth taking part in positive activities.
