Quetta: To encourage youth to play their due role as representative of human rights defender, Pak–US Alumni Network Quetta chapter organized a dialogue with the subject “Youth as Ambassador of Human Rights” at Press club Quetta On 31st March.
A large number of human rights activists, social activists, political activists, students, civil society representatives, and Govt officials and youth leaders participated in the dialogue. Miss Sumera Mehboob Finance Secretary PUAN Quetta chapter moderated event while Mr. Zia Khan a change maker, Miss Shakeela Raisani from Balochistan National Party , Mr. Gul khan Naseer President PUAN Quetta chapter, Mr. Bahram Baloch and Miss Shazia langove Gen: Secretary PUAN Quetta Chapter were among the chief speakers.
Participants shared their views and experiences in the open discussion, mainly, Ideas for empowering youth for protection of human rights.
Speakers shared successful case studies of youth leaders, existing opportunities and challenges.
For making change and protection of Human rights the participants agreed on raising their voices, building their capacities and creating opportunities for each other.
