Zhob/ Killa Saifullah: Provincial Coordinator Balochistan Nutrition Program for Mothers and Children Dr. Amin Khan Mandokhail has said that together we can fight against Malnutrition in Balochistan. He expressed these views during a surprise visit to District Zhob and District Killa Saifullah where visited established OTPS and checked all medicines and other materials.
On the occasion respective districts, district Nutrition Officers Mr. Alamagir Khan Mandokhail and Mr. SamiUllah Kakar gave detailed presentations, he appreciated overall performance and said that he was ambitious to enhance the service deliverables more adroitly . DNO’s of respective Districts brought in knowledge to different problems and ways forward. He assured that all genuine problems would be solved in meanwhile time.
On the visit he also made thorough meetings with other implementing partners along with health administration of the said districts and assured that operational excellence would be seen on futuristic basis in addressing malnutrition in the target Districts. He showed concern in poor coordination among implementing partners and expressed reservation on many issues but emphasized for collaborative efforts and said, enduring results shall be made on immediate basis in improving coordination and consistent reporting etc.
All respective members assured their full support on futuristic actions and plans of program. He aimed: “Dealing malnourished children and mothers with decorum and dignity in providing them acquired services on immediate basis is a noble cause and i will put all my efforts to promote program activities to poor masses.
