Turbat – Vice-Chancellor (VC) of University of Turbat (UOT) has announced that faculty members of the university would be sent for foreign trainings.
VC of UOT, Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, made the announcement while addressing the faculty members at the beginning of new semester in city campus.
VC announced that faculty members of UOT will be sent to foreign universities for training.
“We have inked Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with other universities for training our faculty members,” said VC of UOT.
“UOT, with the help of high qualified administration and faculty members, is trying to change the fate of people of Makran region,” added Professor Abdul Razzaq.
VC urged the faculty members to work very hard and teach the students honestly with their best efforts.
Makran region colleges affiliate with UOT
In a separate news, it has been announced by UOT administration that degree colleges in Makran region would be affiliated with UOT.
Makran region comprises of districts of Kech, Panjgur and Gwadar.
It was decided in an all-important meeting of UOT, held at City Campus, which was presided over by the VC Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir.
This decision has been taken in the wake of hardships faced by the students of Makran while visiting University of Balochistan in Quetta with which colleges of Makran division are currently affiliated.
