QUETTA: At least four people were killed in separate incidents of violence in various parts of Balochistan on Thursday.
According to the sources, armed men opened indiscriminate fire on a hotel in Pasni bazaar. Resultantly, two persons, identified as Muhammad Akbar and Mustafa, sustained multiple bullets wounds and succumbed to their injuries before reaching the hospital. The attackers who were riding a motorbike managed to flee from the scene following the attack.
In Panjgur, Muhammad Qasim was on his way along with his brother in Chitkan area when armed men riding a motorbike opened fire on them. Consequently, Qasim received bullets and died. However, his brother remained unhurt in the attack.
In another case, unidentified assailants sprayed bullets on Nazeer Ahmed in Turbat bazaar and managed to flee from the scene. As a result, Nazeer Ahmed succumbed to hin injuries instantly. Police said that the deceased was resident of Larkana. However, motive behind the killings could not be known.
