Drug Court issues non-bailable arrest warrants of 9 pharmaceutical companies

QUETTA: The Drug Court Quetta chaired by Justice Abdul Majeed Nasir Members Justice Gul Aalam Khan and Arsalan Khan  issued non-bailable arrest warrants of 9 pharmaceutical companies here on Tuesday after finding them absent during the hearing.

The cases of pharmaceutical companies were being heard those have been doing the business of spurious, substandard medicine and some were doing the sale and purchase of drugs without license.

The nominated accused of Drug Pharma Private Limited Lahore’s Managing Partner Tahir Nawaz, Gulshan Butt and Abdul Jabbar could not appear before the court and court issued their non-bailable arrest warrants.

The nominated accused whose non-bailable arrest warrants have been  issued are  of Aqsa Medical Store’s  Muhammad Imran, Irfan Medical Store’s accuse Muhammad Irfan, Hamdard Hospital and Pharmacy’s nominated accused Shamsullah, Awan Ashfaq Medical Shotore’s Muhammad Ashfaq, New Complex Clinic and Medical Store’s Abdul Wahab and Abdul Saddiq Medical Store’s Muhammad Saddiq.
