Turbat – Electricity Supply to Tump Tehsil of district Kech remains disconnected for last 10 days.
A fault was developed in Grid station of Tump 10 days ago which resulted in suspension of electricity to Temp Tehsil.
Quetta electricity Supply Company (QESCO) management has completely ignored the electricity fault at Tump grid station.
In protest people of Tump disconnected the electricity supply to Turbat city which was restored after two days by QESCO staff. However, electricity supply to tump has not been restored at the time of filing of this report.
Temperate in Tump has risen to 45 degree centigrade and people are longing for cold drinking water due to non-availability of electricity.
People of Tump are compelled to buy one KG of ice from the market for Rs. 100.
People of tump have demanded from Federal government and Balochistan government to take action against the incompetent staff of QESCO who have failed to restore electricity of tump even after 10 days.
