Parents have started a new trend these days which is keeping them away from their children. Parents want their children to be busy throughout the day so that they don’t need the care of their parents. Parents send their children to school at 8 o’clock and children return back home at 1:30. After serving dinner to children they are sent to mosque at 3.00 PM. After that there are language classes, tuition classes and home work sessions. In short children don’t get any time to spend with their parents throughout the day.
We all are aware about private schools and institutions that have been established for business and of earning money. No doubt, it hurts me to say that parents are paying money in these private schools but they don’t come to ask about the quality of education that their children are getting or what are the conditions of schools? I have taught two years in a private school but no parents came to ask me about progress of their children
According to Professor Bashir Ahmed, Principal of Government Atta Shad Degree College Turbat, “we care more for our pet animals than our children.” When parents are paying heavy amount of fee for their children then it’s their duty to ensure that private schools are providing the level of education that they have promised. So it’s my humble plea to all parents that they must be serious with their children’s careers. They can do that by realizing their responsibility and taking utmost care of their children in all aspects of life.
