Adil Nazeer Hassni

The Social and Economic Infrastructures are basic essential services that should be put in place to enable development to occur. Socio-economic development can be facilitated and accelerated by the presence of social and economic infrastructure.

The Social roads and systems of Balochistan have great externalities. The most important Social base structures in Balochistan are Education, being healthy, and Water Supply in which social marginal amount produced goes over limits private marginal amount produced. As an outcome of that, private monies put into business of Balochistan are likely to fall far short of what is needed. It is necessary for the state to give the controlling of money and other amount needed to make complete resources for the take-off of such social base structure of Balochistan.

The Economic infrastructure of Balochistan is largely based upon producing of natural gas, Coal, Chromite, lead, sulphur and ball of polished stone or glass. Agriculture and animals kept also rule the Baloch interests, money, goods. Horticultural development is a fairly nearby, yet growing surprising event. Other important money-related parts join fisheries, mining, making industries, trade and most services being made by public and private organizations in the country division.

As the research of 1990s the most important nonfuel minerals of Balochistan included gypsum rock salt, limestone and silica sand. In 1999 coal production was 3.47million metric tons, production of natural gas was 22.1billion cubic meters.

Fisheries are always one of the best ways to change Socio-economic infrastructure of Balochistan. Large number of people in Makran are dependent on this field, earning money to fulfill their basic needs. The people always export and import fish and other things in boats through Behr-E-Baloch to international countries (Masqat, Oman, Iran etc) to increase financial support of country. They pay annual tax for everything to state.

China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) can bring a revolutionary change in Socio-economic infrastructure of Balochistan. It links up Sahil-E-Baloch with international countries. People get more access to meet business demands and achieve their goals and fulfill desires. People get more chances of employment to decrease poverty rate. It is a great platform for infrastructure the way link up Gwadar with other provinces of Pakistan and traders get easy access to Chinese companies and markets to exhibit their items such as embroidery.

The Socio-economic roads and systems of Balochistan play an important part in the development of Baloch nation. If developed or still undergoing growth. They give the basic start on which the superstructure of development and growth can be put up.

However if the start is very strong, any structure made on it is likely to make ready goes on and unchanging services for the able to see beforehand future.

Local Residents of Gwadar having a lot of problems to get pure drinking water. The government left them on the mercy of tanker mafia. It is a big question mark in front of the big developmental talks of government. It is their basic right to provide them pure drinking water. Government of Balochistan and CM Nawab Sanaullah Zehri must take action and make the easy access to pure drinking water for the residents of Gwadar.
