Letter: Lack of libraries in Kech

Library is the place where one goes to study and brush-up his or her knowledge.  Unfortunately in Turbat there is lack of libraries which creates problems for students.   The government of Baluchistan is requested to solve this major problem and provide the students with libraries in Turbat.
