Dera Bugti is one of the rich districts of Balochistan, particularly known owing to its natural gas, discovered in 1952, but when it comes to education and other facilities so it is sad to say that the system education is totally damaged over the last decade in the district. A private single school is currently serving in the area but there is also a misery for those who are unable to pay fee. Neither there is a private college nor a good government college to get education. There are number of students who have maximum talent and ability to adopt excellent positions in colleges and universities but they give up their educational career because they are too poor to get more education or go to other cities for getting education.
Illiteracy and unawareness about higher education are becoming fortune of youth of Dera Bugti .There is no one to speak out for their rights of Dera Bugti and to raise voice for justice. Resources of the area are being misused; absolutely nobody wants to live in such a society where there ignorance is a common matter.
Parents are depressed and disheartened for the futures of their children. Government and administration should establish a proper educational system by which they get non-stop education and have a bright future.
The concerned authorities and elected representatives are requested to take tangible measures and functionalize schools in Dera Bugti for poor people of the area.
