Zhob: Women Killed In Firing Of Security Forces On Bus

Quetta – A woman was killed when levies personnel fired on a passenger bus in sangar area of Zhob region, on Wednesday.

According to reports, passenger Bus was coming to Quetta from Islamabad and levies personnel fired on it when it didn’t stop at the check post.

Levies personnel fired directly on the bus with complete disregard for human lives. As a result a woman died due to the firing.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sherani district has suspended the levies officials and ordered an inquiry into the matter.

“This is a case of gross negligence by security forces in Balochistan,” lamented a passenger who frequently travels through the Zhob route.
