Every September world widely childhood cancer is celebrated to provide and bring the world attention to childhood cancer. However, this is with the passage of time getting worst picture as for as deaths concerns world widely.
Most of the people in Pakistan have very little knowledge about this fatal disease reasonably lack of basic awareness among the masses conceding childhood cancer, therefore, many children lost their lives in such ways.
On 29th September 2017 a session was conduct by a local NGO in Lasbela University Agriculture, Water and Marine Science (LUAWMS) with view to highlight the basic issue related to childhood cancer. Head of department environmental sciences Dr Sonia Tariq and Dr Bunish from DVM department appreciated the theme of the session. Lecturer Miss Minah Sohail,Sir Iftikar,M.phil scholar Saima Magsi participated in the session.
Such events should be encouraged for raising awareness and government should establish cancer hospital in Balochistan.
