Letter: Blood Bank needed in Turbat

Turbat is known as one of the biggest cities of Balochista but unfortunately this big city is also facing lots of problems, one amongst them is lack of blood bank. There is not a single blood bank in Turbat and the residents are compelled to find donors in colleges and other areas. In past, there was a blood bank in Turbat but now because of its closure citizens are facing issues. Blood banks are essential and patients who severely need blood in emergency often suffer.

I request the government of Balochistan and healthcare authorities to save the citizens’ lives and provide facility of a blood bank.
