The land of Bugties has wide natural resources reservoir in Baluchistan. Moreover, it provides gas and petrol to the far away corners of the country despite the fact that its own inhabitants are compelled to cook their meal over a wood fire. In fact this district is not only deprived of basic facilities such as education, health, transport and communication.
It’s legally victimization story is much more misery. As the constitution of our country grants the right to Sui if anybody dares to the infringement of your right and since the judicial system had come to existence.
As per law is concerned that each district should have a court despite this open line of constitution the inhabitants of Dera Bugti have been ignored and they do not possess aforementioned right in real world.
According to the Baluchistan High Court, no court is functioning in Dera Bugti District Court, moreover for session judges and additional judge’s people of this district have to travel to Sibi and Dera Murad Jamali.
The travelling to reach their costs higher than the fee of an advocate for that case, there is no any branch of bar council and government prosecutor in our district. There are only two police stations to register any FIR which are located in urban areas of district.
Chief justice of Balochistan and law enforcement agencies should take effective measure to insure the safety of legal rights to the people of this ruined area.
