Thanks to Dr Abdul Malik for development projects and creating the jobs in different sectors in Baluchistan .The provincial government took the responsibility to mount the decline of education in Baluchistan.
Government announced the package of more than 3000 teachers to be appointed in different schools in Baluchistan without any proper mechanism. The teachers were appointed on the recommendations of teachers association, (the teacher’s mafia). This association is the major curse of education. NTS provided the lists of qualified teachers but these districts teachers associations not only neglected the list but also prepared their own merit lists. For instance in District Barkhan some of the candidates were refused that there was no vacant post and some were refused for not considering their educational credentials in merit list.
After one year the appointment process is still not finalized. Secret appointments are made by taking bribery and some non-locals are also appointed by subjugating the rights of local people. So it is utmost request to chief minister Sana ullah zehri to eliminate these notorious elements from education department.
