Pakistan is one of the top five countries where 99 percent cases related pneumonia exist. Yearly, it kills 92,000 children before their fifth birthdays. According to a report, the infection approximately sends 85 out of 1,000 children to death under the age of 4 or five in Pakistan.
The disease is commonly caused by bacteria of fungi found in child’s nose or throat. The biggest reason behind its rapid increment is the bottle feeding in the region. About 40 percent of the women in Pakistan feed their children with bottle milk which is also a cause of the infection.
The health authorities are requested to take concrete steps in order to root out pneumonia disease from Pakistan.
