Letter: Drug addiction in Karachi

The cases of drug addiction are increasing rapidly in Karachi and destroying the youth. Around 100 million people in Pakistan are sick of smoking but around 2 million youth and children are drug addicted in Karachi. The children are supplying drugs in Karachi because there is no fear of law and police leaves them immediately after the arresting.

Firstly, the street children start from cigarette smoking then directly jump to hashish. I request to the concern authorities to stop smuggling drugs in Karachi and protect the youth and upcoming generation to be addicted from this dangerous disease.
