Letter: Need of a public library in Quetta

Quetta is the capital of province  Balochistan. Unfortunately, there is no public library where students study. There is a large number of students but absence of public library in Quetta capital of Province Balochistan raises a many question. Remember there is a library but that is closed.

It is  requested to the CM of Balochistan to take a hard step regarding this issue.
