No doubt, Quetta is the metropolis of Balochistan but people dwelling in it appear to be in hot water. Though the High Court of Balochistan and the Provisional Assembly of Balochistan are situated here, it is sorry mentioning that citizens from all walks of life are compelled to buy water tanker in a high price.
The people from elite’ families can bear the price of water tankers but the poor people are in trouble. Moreover, the agriculture and livestock is totally disturbed and the vegetables are being watered from gutters. The Chief minister of Balochistan Sardar Sanaullah Zehri and the other authorities concerned to the issue should have a glance at the problem of shortage of water in the capital city of Balochistan.
